Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery date.
For quality issues (damaged, defective, or not as described): We cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement (at our discretion).
For non-quality reasons (change of mind): You are responsible for return shipping costs. We may also charge a 20% restocking fee based on the condition of the returned product upon receipt (to cover inspection, repackaging, and resale preparation).
Returns must include all original packaging and accessories. To start a return, contact us via email below. We will provide instructions and a return label if applicable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We will cooperate fully with any legitimate dispute process.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet entered production or been packed. After that, cancellations may not be possible as items are made to order. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Shipping Information
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or added later based on your location. For US Kickstarter pledges, a $50 domestic shipping credit is included in the price (final amount adjusted in Pledge Manager if actual costs is over credit).
International shipping may incur additional fees, customs duties, or taxes — these are the buyer’s responsibility.
